I was sitting at Walmart and ordered food from here and got here and they said they lost my order so instead of having to wait so long because they lost my order and no one bothered to help me. I used my points now my boyfriend used his to get his, but I shouldn’t know how to use my points because they lose their shit. Nobody wanted to help me.

UPDATE: We've had great experiences since this incident. Some ultra friendly people and fast service! My advice is do NOT visit here on Saturday mornings.
Going to have to give this place 1 star just on service. We went in for breakfast around 10. It was crazy crowded. I understand that will slow things down. However, we were there for about 40 minutes They had at some point placed our food at the register instead of bringing it to our table even though we had a dine in number. So , we wasted a lot of time and got food not warm. That’s not acceptable.

I don't normally complain but this morning was probably the worst food quality I've gotten from the Murphy McDonald's. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel with no cheese and extra bacon. What i got when when I took my breakfast sandwich out at work was a bagel not toasted with cheese and bits of bacon not even a whole slice and part of it was uncooked. I tried to call the restaurant and it just rings with no answer. Very disappointed especially with prices what they are.

Waited 20 minutes for my order. Employees had no clue about my order or the other five customers at the counter. Several of us did walk out without our order. Employees were not in any rush to get orders filled.

Ever since the manager Dominic Spalding resigned the place and the food has really went downhill. Not sure how one employee made such a difference but they should beg him to come back to work for them for double the pay.

I got to be honest the atmosphere was great cuz I was in my vehicle. Food was normal. McDonald's food is actually just a wee bit better. It wasn't slammed together but the main thing is that from beginning to end of my journey into the parking lot and back out again. It took well over 45 minutes to get from where I pulled in. Waiting at the turn in with other people to not get anywhere fast. I don't know what happened. I mean dang Chick-fil-A gets it right. They got multiple layers. These guys just kind of hurted them in and said that we'll work on it so enter the parking lot at your own discretion. You may or may not make it out within an hour. Other than that it was McDonald's you guys have a good day and make good choices
