BBQ Dave here. Yes, I gave our old restaurant 5 stars. Other news Smoky Mountain BBQ Company is permanently closed down. But BBQ Dave is still in the game and will be opening at Cherokee Cellars in DowntownMurphy THIS MONTH!!! Some New Favorites and Classic BBQ favorites with a twist.

Fabulous food, service, and atmosphere! Large portions of yummy pulled pork and brisket on the lunch specials. We had enough to have the leftovers for dinner! Will definitely be back for the friendly service, cool atmosphere, outdoor seating and tasty BBQ!

I stopped by to get some ribs 1/4 rack to be exact and some French fries. The owner of this place asked me my name to place an order, and I said very clear my name is Mario, when the server called my name it was totally different, so my new name is Barry. In conclusion they need better customer service. Never going back to this place.
