BBQ Dave here. Yes, I gave our old restaurant 5 stars. Other news Smoky Mountain BBQ Company is permanently closed down. But BBQ Dave is still in the game and will be opening at Cherokee Cellars in DowntownMurphy THIS MONTH!!! Some New Favorites and Classic BBQ favorites with a twist.
Fabulous food, service, and atmosphere! Large portions of yummy pulled pork and brisket on the lunch specials. We had enough to have the leftovers for dinner! Will definitely be back for the friendly service, cool atmosphere, outdoor seating and tasty BBQ!
I've tried the pulled pork sandwich and the half chicken. Both were very good. Enjoyed taking the food to the Buckbald brewing company right behind the restaurant and enjoying the craft beers. Give them a try. It's nice to have a good barbecue place in downtown Murphy ?
