Rude window worker slammed window multiple times as I was trying to be nice and explain my order was wrong. Didn't get my food fixed instead I got nasty looks and attitude by her and the manager.. only nice and polite guy in the front window and the one who ended up giving me my drink

Attention Manager: Your crew was AWESOME last night before closing on 01/02/2025!
The whole team was GREAT. Kristina P Austin Woody Shawn Freeman Michael P Tiffany Horton And hopefully I didn't miss anyone.
Everyone of them was very friendly and professional. It was close to closing and they NEVER tried to rush us out. It felt good to eat here and enjoy our meal. The food was fresh and hot and each one of them had a smile when we were greeted.
Again this is an AMAZING TEAM you have and just wanted to rave about them because they all deserve it.

Everything thing was right except the sauce's. Can't eat nuggets with out it. The customer service was great. There was employees at least 4, standing right outside the back door playing and smoking. Management should probably tell them to go away from the restaurant. Other than that it was a smooth visit.

Every time I go to this Wendy’s, I wait more than 11 minutes. This afternoon. I waited 13 minutes and I didn’t even get my order. I got someone else’s! There was so much mayonnaise!! I ordered a double With Cheese, lettuce, mayonnaise, onions, and ketchup and A medium I was given a single with everything extra pickles. And french fries. The charge was $10.46. I would either like a refund or a free double hamburger with my choice of toppings this is the same reason I stopped going to McDonald’s your employees may not give a rip but your customers do. That’s why it’s called fast food
I have never gotten a correct order. Tonight I asked the lady at the window if we had everything. I get home, half my order is missing. Never, never coming back.

Don't bother ordering from this Wendy's they never give you what you order, but will charge you for it. You have to wait 15+ minutes just to get to the speaker at the drive thru and then it's another 10+ minutes to even to to the window for your food.
