Pretty good food but said they discontinued a food on the menu and that kinda made me mad. Lol. The cheese wasn't melted on my baconator fries, but the fries were fresh!

This one has always had consistently fresh food. I've only experienced poor service once. I never care for the inside of a Wendy's, but this one is ESPECIALLY spacious. Overall, I mess with this Wendy's when I'm in Murphy.

Not a great experience. Staff were very confused and the manager seemed to just want to hang out in her office. Got our order wrong so we turned in the food and then they forgot to remake it. $45 worth of food that was meh, and the service was pretty bad. They have a hiring for a manager sign up. Hopefully with the right leadership, things will turn around.

Horrible service. Stood at counter for 5 full minutes before i was recognized although several saw me. Only 2 cars in drive thru & 1 couple ahead of me. I used my mobile app to use in the restaurant, accepted a reward offer. They scanned it but it didn't take the item off. Employee went to Female manager who said, nothing i can do as we have nothing to do with the app. I was told to call an 800#.

The health department needs to take a Close look at this dirty restaurant that smells . Floor, counters and kitchen has grease,dirt and food all over.

Rude window worker slammed window multiple times as I was trying to be nice and explain my order was wrong. Didn't get my food fixed instead I got nasty looks and attitude by her and the manager.. only nice and polite guy in the front window and the one who ended up giving me my drink

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Awful service, a team that doesn't know what they're doing, and cold food. Wendy's corporate should investigate this location.
