I had 8 hours to get a cake because the one ordered prior was a disaster. She was very sweet and understanding. I sent her a picture of the cake and she did it to perfection. I add the toppers to the cake. Including pictures. Thank you so much! We will be returning customers!!

We were having a baby ant the Outer Banks and wanted a small cake and about 3 dozen cupcakes … not only did Almost Heaven Bakery overcome a freezer/fridge mechanical emergency but the cup/cakes were delicious and moist. The cupcakes were big and the frosting was generous. Guests raved about them! Thank you to Almost Heaven Bakery for the beautiful and yummy additions to our shower!

The white almond cupcakes are so delicious ? I don't think this bakery knows how to make things other than amazing. Every experience has been so good. Birthday cakes, cupcakes, and a treat while shopping...oh and the cinnamon rolls... wow! If you need a bakery ... don't worry about the drive. Go to Nags Head and visit this bakery. It is the best on the beach!

I can't say enough great things about Almost Heaven Bakery! My friend had a destination wedding planned to take place in Kill Devil Hills. Her mother was going to be making the wedding cake and cupcakes. However, a few days before the event, her mother had a terrible accident and was not able to do the baking due to her injuries. I found Almost Heaven Bakery online and immediately reached out to the owner Melinda and explained the situation. Melinda rose to the occasion and came to the rescue with a gorgeous cake and cupcakes. She was so kind and caring and completely went out of her way to make this happen for my friend -- AND delivered and set up, to boot.
