This may be more of an issue with Dunkin corporate because I have witnessed this happening more than once. I ordered a latte when it's 40 degrees Fahrenheit out, and instead of asking how I want my coffee, they prepare it iced. I wanted it hot and had to pay another 6 dollars for a hot coffee instead of being offered customer service. And no, I'm not a tourist. I'm a local who won't be back. 😔

Iced tea was sour, and my drink was anything but drinkable. It was made incorrectly, and when I ordered "less ice," I got an entire full cup of ice. Needless to say, the drinks were dumped out. We were leaving when we stopped, and after crossing the highway on a Sunday morning, we were not about to turn around, so we said,'Hello McDonald's '. We will not be stopping there next year for sure.

9/29 Ordered an iced coffee and was 3/4 full and not what I ordered. Took 25 minutes to get the coffee and I said it wasn't right and he said yes it was.. yuk and Ive always loved this location. $11 for a coffee I didn't even want to drink..also added cinnamon to my caramel macchiato but taste like pumpkin spice. In a caramel macchiato???? I always order the same thing and this was gross, not layered like every other one I've gotten and heavy on pumpkin spice flavor 🤢 I have pictured of the sticker on the drink as well and the missing coffee.. sad

Donuts were stale, tasted days old. Breakfast sandwiches had been heat lamped into a tire rubber consistency. Service was friendly but managed to get one donut wrong out of a two donut order. Plenty of other breakfast options in the area. If they're all closed, get some groceries at Food Lion and cook your own before going here.
