Went in on a Wednesday afternoon, 2:30 pm, young kid at the cash register totally rude and being smug. I mentioned to the manager that the kids these days in the service industry have no respect for customers. It's a completely different experience and generation these days who have no clue how to treat a customer. They also have no fear for repercussions or loosing their jobs.

The Italian and Philly steak sandwiches are my favorite! I love this place. I just wish the meats and sheeses were fresh and not processed. That's how all sub shops are, unfortunately. The customer service was great. The atmosphere was good.

Oh my gosh, the best most delicious subs made fresh right in front of you, made anyway you'd like, and the entire staff is attentive, friendly, clean & well dressed, happy, and just a wonderful environment to want to keep going back to!
