Went to KFC after a day on the beach ,got a 12 piece meal with Mac and cheese, Cole slaw,biscuits, mashed potatoes, and gravy. Mac and cheese was the bottom of pan it was dry and burnt, biscuits where hard, chicken was so dry and hard you could not chew it. We did not have any dinner that night, I didn't throw it out, I called and complained, took it back and got my money. The manager was nice and apologized and said that they have no chicken fryer after 5pm smh.

Go here if you want overpriced food that you won’t get enough of!I tried to go here for an interview more then once, I never got back to unless it was on their time two weeks later. App isn’t available with store which would in return give better prices. I know it’s winter time but you should be able to give your returning customers some type of discount. Management needs to do better.

Local website offers access to their app, which then brings you to nothing. Good service and alright food, which is already overpriced. Nothing to be excited about unless you're willing to let your pockets get hurt. 1/10

38dollars was my order and shorted two pieces of my chicken and because I don't have a freaking receipt they can't do anything about it never again shit living and they gon short me my food not cool at all

Original 3 piece chicken (dark). The chicken was unbelievably overcooked. It's rare that dark meat is dry, but this definitely was. Staff was friendly and efficient, but the Colonel would not be happy with the chicken and neither was I.

I haven’t been back to this KFC in close to a year now. We stopped in for a quick lunch today and we were just delighted. Jimmy made our visit a spectacular one. His ora is super contagious. He has got to be the most prized part of this franchise. Thank you Jimmy for your consideration & for being such a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back. PS don’t forget the lady wearing the sling… Thank you again.

Got there at 5pm on a Sunday and sign on door said that they were out of original and extra crispy chicken! Wings and tenders were available. This restaurant just keeps getting worse and we only go to it maybe once a year…..

Pleasantly surprised, feels like KFC has enhanced their menu a lot since I ate here around last year. Chicken was really fresh, new fries are fluffy yet crunchy, sandwich was assembled in orderly fashion and not just thrown together. The man on the register was very polite and efficient, too. Used to not think very highly of KFC, opinion has definitely changed.

Horrible customer service. My Dad & stepmom stopped went thru the drive thru on 8/4 at approx 4:30pm & their order was messed up. No big deal. The girl working the drive thru got her manager (a woman with a nose ring),& the ATTITUDE she gave my Dad about his order was DISGUSTING!! We realize that mistakes happen, but to treat a paying customer the way she treated my Dad is inexcusable! Shame on her! She has no business being in charge of anything, & should really get out of the customer service industry altogether. She certainly shouldn't be employed there any longer!
