This Kentucky fried chicken location has to be the worst I've encountered.
Chicken and the pot pie was terrible I mean awful. I gave this place a second chance and I regretted it. The previous visit the fellow at the drive thru said the employees were fighting so no chicken. Cannot believe a place with so much potential is managed so poorly.

I usually don’t do reviews for fast food or chains but this brew deserved a should out.
Staff was extremely friendly! There was a big group of teenagers ahead of me, and the staff handled them with ease—patient, welcoming, and no issues at all. Have to say had some bad experiences. My Grand father's favorite place to stop and get his extra crispy bucket before heading south to Oakracoke for his annual surf fishing week. Have tried this location several times wasn't the best of interactions. Different people there now and the onduty crew was great

KFC is a restaurant that serves yummy Cinnamon Twists and chicken nuggets. The employees are kind, apologetic, and sympathetic, going above and beyond to make customers feel valued. Despite being short-staffed, the staff remains pleasant and helpful, offering solutions to any issues that may arise. They even provide extra treats, like icees, to make up for any inconvenience. Overall, KFC provides great customer service, ensuring a positive experience for its customers.
