“I usually don’t do reviews for fast food or chains but this brew deserved a should out.

Staff was extremely friendly! There was a big group of teenagers ahead of me, and the staff handled them with ease—patient, welcoming, and no issues at all. The guy at the counter (a fellow New Yorker!) was personable, relaxed, and genuinely friendly. Even with the crowd, everything moved quickly and smoothly.

The lady handing out the food was just as great! She made sure to explain that the spicy chicken was labeled and double-checked that we had everything we needed before we headed back to NY. Just genuinely friendly, attentive service all around. Great experience!“
