Single Fin Thai-Sushi Restaurant offers delicious food with fantastic service. The Pad see ew is a must-try, and the sushi is creative and tasty. They have a great gluten-free menu as well. The caramelized eggplant is exceptional. The staff is helpful and attentive, making the dining experience enjoyable. The service is fast, and the food comes out hot and delicious. The wine selection is nice too. Hugh sushi rolls made with the freshest seafood are spot on. The food, staff, and service are spot on! They deliver! Great menu with creative dishes and excellent presentation! This will be a new regular stop for our OBX annual trip! Highly recommended. The eggplant appetizer, Tiger Roll, and Red Curry were delicious. Inspired cocktails too. They were so so kind and made Pho at lunch time. That is excellent service. The waitress was so nice and the food was AMAZING. The decor is gorgeous and the bathrooms are also very very nice and clean. Definitely worth a visit!
