Only 2 cars moved in 15 minutes. With 4 cars in front of me … just pulled out and left. Ridiculous
Horrible service. No organization! I ordered the cookie butter cold brew…. Have no idea what I actually got, but it wasn’t that! I ordered an orange cranberry muffin, that was hard as a brick! I go inside, ask for the right coffee and for them to heat up my muffin…. Some sloppy dude did remake the coffee, but said the muffin was hard because it was late in the day (4:30p), and they had no way to heat it!! No more!!!
On Sunday I waited in line for 25 minutes for coffee and warmed donuts because their donuts are stale and hard. The customer service is horrible. I was told that don’t come back to the store if they’re so bad. Until they make improvements in management and fresh donuts I’m not going back . Neither are my co workers.m, friends or family. I believe that this Dunkin’ Donuts would be better suited for south Rocky Mount or little Raleigh area. Maybe we will get Starbucks in...read full review
