Popy's was recommended by a friend. Its was a friday and the restaurant was packed. The front hostess was a bit unwelcomming maybe she was overwhelmed by the amount of people coming in, unsure. Our waitress however was very attentive and kind. The food was ok, the sweet potato fries were lukewarm and some pieces a bit cold. The burger patties were ok. Next would try something else off the menu.
Had a wonderful meal here on 4/1/26,
I had the wild meat meatloaf (venison, boar, bison) with creamy Mac and cheese and roasted Brussels sprouts.
Second dish was Mahi with lemon and artichoke sauce, capers over rice.
Both dishes were above par and well presented.
Appetizer was fried green tomatoes with mozzarella cheese, with a pesto sauce and balsamic glaze. (Fantastic)!
Drinks were made at a large bar to order(Burbon flight and mixed...
