This is the most service oriented restaurant I’ve ever visited. I’m describing the store in New Bern on MLk Blvd.

April 26 2024. The location on Glenburnie Rd, New Bern must have had a change in personnel in the past month because the drive thru is very... VERY slow now. I waited at the ordering speaker for 14 minutes before they took my order. There was one car ahead of me and they were at the pick up window. Other than that, the food is good.EDIT: The drive thru has improved a little but again, there has been multiple times that people have to sit at the ordering speaker with only one car...

Bojangles is always a busy place. But they tool care of us very quickly and we enjoyed it. The Bo-Berries were the softest I have ever seen. You had to eat them with a spork. Trying to pick them up they would break. Hot and warm. Plenty of icing.
