“Tried to do a google review but it wouldn't let me. If you're going to go to KFC I'd highly suggest this location. We had a fairly hefty order and were quoted a 30 minute wait at a different location. I called KFC Neuse Blvd and they had all of the food ready within 10 minutes. It was genuinely impressive. Big shoutout to Steve & Justin for the great customer service and the speedy service! 10/10 on speed of service, friendliness of staff, and quality or food. Thanks again!“

“First time in the location. I don't know what I expected, but it was a little confusing to order, pay for the order and then actually get the order. You go from one counter to another and finally get your food and find a place to sit down and enjoy your food. The chicken is good; however, mine was overcooked and not spicy enough for my taste. Oh well, I'm going to give it another try and see what happens.“
