Found dead cricket in mobile order pickup
Walked in with my boyfriend to order food. The guy behind the counter who was putting the bowls together had very long, unkempt hair that was all over the place, not wearing a hairnet. He kept turning his head back and forth, making me very nervous that hair would be in my food. I immediately walked out.
Never eaten there and after reading the reviews I would never eat there if the staff has the attitude of what I am reading it wouldn't be a good place for my wife and I because I wouldn't put up with it I eat no brown guacamole thank u not
My order was simple. I didn’t ask for much. I only got three things on a burrito and worker essentially balled my burrito up Instead of folding it like how they usually would do it., I also got a bowl and I asked for a Small dollop of sour cream and he put a whole big glob spoonful!! . I told him directly that he put too much on it…. All he did was chuckle and say “oh I’m sorry”. He did not even Offer to fix it or try to take any off.

I do like chipotle but here recently I’ve been getting big chucks of veggies. Like they are just getting real lazy in there or something. Veggies don’t even look like they was cooked!

I went right before closing and ordered a large burrito and the service was amazing a few of the employees stayed behind to make sure I got my order and they made it to perfection. Zayden one of the employees made me the perfect burrito to exactly the portions I needed after a long day at work the perfect dinner he was an absolutely model employee what I want to see from employees every time I go to chipotle. I got home and ate my dinner it was amazing service and the food exceeded my expectations.

The worst. Staff acts like they are absolutely miserable and that making you a burrito is the hardest thing they have ever done. Dry old meat and toppings.

Is very disappointing to be charged for chips and the chips are extremely STALE,when you get them for free at any other Mexican Grill...it's also disappointing to get a bowl and the rice is not done. Extremely dissatisfied did not have the time to go being that this was my lunchbreak, I probably won't go back.

Went on Saturday and the entire time in the restaurant I overheard complaining from employees about all the customers that were coming in. My husband and I both got carne asada bowls and two medium size beverages. The steak was very tough and the other ingredients were subpar at best. When I went to go get unsweetened tea there was none. I don’t drink carbonated soda and I don’t drink anything with sugar and all the juices are packed with sugar. When I asked the employee I was advised they didn’t have any. It would have been nice to know that beforehand since I spent over $3 for a cup of water just because employees couldn’t make tea. My husband ordered guacamole on his bowl and got a very small amount for the price paid. Also, the tables were dirty as well as the chairs and I had to wipe them down before we could even sit down to eat. Over the past few years this restaurant has just seemed to go downhill.

So I'm not one to get on here and do bad reviews but I'm definitely doing it today because of the fact how disrespectful this lady is whoever the new lady or whatever lady she is working at the front desk today Thursday October 30th is at absolutely rude and I need to watch haven't heard at the front because she's going to make a lot of customer stop coming here I can tell you that now for someone like me to get on Google and make a review that's not good is unheard of but at this point I'm so sick and tired of coming into places spitting my hard-earned money to be treated like I'm a nobody like I'm not the customer like let's get for real here get your life together your attitude together if you can't respect human beings does you're supposed to be waiting on then get the hell out of customer service I have worked in customer service for 20 years and I have never ever ever ever treated someone would disrespect I don't care how bad my day was going or what they did to me the fact that I was very respectful and very sweet and very nice of her and how rude she was to me just now is not acceptable

No more Chipotle for me. What used to be an order that was reliable, fresh, and an upgrade from fast food is now a complete failure. The last 3 orders were horrible. The meat was tough to the point of inedible. Lettuce in the burrito bowl was wilted and browning. The guac portion was about the size of a tablespoon.
Any restaurant can have an off day, so I believe in second chances. But not 4th, or 5th chances. Adios Chipotle.

I always order a veggie burrito at Chipotle, which is supposed to come with guacamole. In fact, guacamole is the main ingredient of a veggie burrito. Except a lot of employees don't seem to know this, because most of the time, there's no guacamole on my veggie burrito. Do the employees leave the chicken off of the chicken burritos most of the time? I don't think so, because they would have no business left. There was also meat droppings in my queso, which I gagged on. So, if you're a vegetarian or would just like to have your order be what it's supposed to be, I wouldn't bother with the New Bern Chipotle. The workers obviously don't know and don't care what they're doing. They certainly don't have any respect for vegetarians. Congrats - you just lost a customer.

I don’t normally ever leave bad reviews, but my experience tonight was very frustrating. I have just gotten home from several nights in the hospital and all I wanted was chipotle. I ordered a burrito bowl through DoorDash. DoorDash did an excellent job of delivering my order earlier than estimated still sealed by the Chipotle staff. When I opened my order, key ingredients were missing including one that I paid several dollars extra for. I would not normally leave a review for that because I understand that things happen. This review is in no way directed towards the staff at this location. I’ve run several successful businesses in my career and I absolutely want to know when my employees made a mistake so that I could make steps to make it right with the customer and check to make sure my process didn’t need to be updated or retrained to help ensure that things like that don’t happen again so I was just going to call the location and let the manager know that the order was missing ingredients and see if they would allow me to send someone after them as I can’t drive myself at the moment. The point would never be to reprimand an employee. When you call the location, an ai assistant answers and asks you what you are calling for. First I said that I was calling about missing ingredients from an order and it asked me what kind. When I said it was a DoorDash order, it immediately said that all issues needed to be taken up with DoorDash. It names issues, but missing items is not listed as one of the issues to contact DoorDash about. I find this strange because the issue is not door dashes fault in any way. Those orders are sealed by the staff at the restaurant before they are picked up and delivered with the seal still in place so any missing ingredient in a bowl is not door dashes fault at all. The assistant then would just repeat the same statement over and over again when I tried to explain which would be incredibly rude if it were a real person doing that and just because it’s an ai assistant doesn’t mean it’s not still equally rude. I called back and said that my issue was with a pickup order to see if I could get a real person on the phone that way and it told me that I could not be connected with a person at the location and to sent a message to support through the online portal which would not be answered right away. I wanted to just speak to a person and it again refused to let me do that and again just rudely repeated the same exact statement for anything else I asked. This is a terrible approach to customer service. I just feel like this is an incredibly irresponsible way to handle an order with missing ingredients especially because one of the missing ingredients was paid extra for and its absence changes the entire thing into something that I don’t particularly want to eat. I would have gotten someone to go there and pick up the missing ingredients for me, but they have set this whole process up to make that impossible to do in a timely enough manner to even make it worth it. And I’m not going to ask someone to drive over there before I knew what the outcome would be. I’m incredibly disappointed in the customer service interaction, not the missing ingredient and I would not have left a review for the missing ingredient at all. This rating is in no way directed towards the staff at this location because I understand things can happen especially at the time I ordered. This rating is solely for whoever in corporate implemented this incredibly frustrating and shortsighted process.
