Excellent food, atmosphere and service.

We miss this great place!

The food was not anything special and the staff members were so loud (yelling at each other) that it disrupted our dinner. I wanted to like this place but couldn't.

The restaurant was hyped up to be the best in town. Upon arriving it took a few minutes to get greeted. We had reservations. After being seated finally by the manager it took a little while longer for the waitress to get our drink order. My wife wanted a glass of house Cabernet, but we found out they do not offer Cabernet by the glass. So we both just had water. The water was not iced water but room temperature. The Ceaser salad I had was good. I will say that the bread they give you before dinner was the tinniest 2 pieces of bread ever! We got the bruschetta and it was really good. I ordered spaggetti with meatballs. The sauce was super yummy and the meatballs were too! My wife ordered the vodka sauce with fettuccine noodles. She got penne noodles instead . She liked the vodka sauce though.

Lobster ravioli is so good. Get it and tell Vinny that the texas boys sent you.

A new owner with fantastic food.He is bringing it up to quality standards and knows what he is doing.You will want to eat here if in New Bern.

I'd give 5 Stars if they weren't the only place in town to charge a cover for live music

HORRIBLE. Tried it again after a terrible experience previously. Don't waste your time. Food was bland and almost tasteless. Someone almost broke a tooth on a bone fragment in the meatball. Needs a Chef and Owner that know what they are doing. Too many other good choices in New Bern. Don't bother even trying this place.

Staff is very courteous and attentive! Nice outdoor dining area!

Only went to the bar basement. Great drinks! Dave the bartender and staff provided quick and great service. Good music and fun atmosphere. Great patio with Live Music!

The atmosphere is that of a very high-end restaurant with moderate prices. I had the shrimp scampi which was very good. My girlfriend had the chicken Marsala which was excellent!

Was there to hang out with my friends and listen to a great rock n roll band called Peace Soldier.

Our group of 4 ate dinner at Circa last night...although the ambience nice, not so the food. The mussels had a funky broth flavor not to our liking; caprice salad ‘so-so'...other dishes (vege lasagna & chicken francese nothing to brag about.
