I never thought I would be writing a comment about the cook-out restaurant. But this is the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced when purchasing food from a fast food restaurant. But I brought a peach shake from Cook Out on Saturday, August 25th, came home put the shake in the freezer for later when I was ready to enjoy my shake. Upon finishing the shake there was a strand of hair in the cup. Needless to say how disgusted I felt when I saw this. My God isn't there a law in the food industry for employees handling food to where hair nets. This should be something that Cook Out employers should enforce. No one absolutely no one should fine a strand of hair in anything they eat or drink. Cook out please you must do better when serving your food.

The drive-thru can definitely be inaccurate. So double check prior leaving. The food however is good.

If i would give this a zero, I would. Im always getting my order wrong and the cashier are awfully rude. I understand there are bad days but if youre working in a customer service job, learn to maintain your emotions. Safe to say, this is one of the worst cookout locations.
