Food was good - but the milkshake machine was down. To drive half an hour to not get what you wanted, extremely disappointing. This might as well be another McDonald’s chain. Cashier also kept interrupting me while I was ordering my burger plate, managers seemed to not care.

Come here instead of McDs and you'll be happy. I came expecting a step up from Fast Food but expected a slight step under something like Chilis. Whoa, I was off. It's my first time here, and it would be helpful for the burgers to say the lbs. I ordered the Big Double expecting about a 1/3lb maybe a half lb of beef. It probably had more like less than a quarter pound total. Dry. Cooked who knows how long ago. I can see how the low price will fill you up if you add fries and a chili dog, but that's not my thing. Probably won't come back. Wendys or BK is a step above here.

I had a girl take my order today and she was very rude kept cutting me off and Georgianna was the cashier and there was a black girl working with her and I ordered my food around 3:30 pm on January 9 I just felt like I wasn’t able to even get a word out without being cut off I don’t know what both of their deal was but thought I would leave this review to give a heads up

I had a terrible experience at cook out today. My order was wrong because 3 different people were taking my order at a time. I got the wrong drink sizes and they left out a whole tray of food. The natural redhead was working the drive thru and she was not apologetic at all. She was very rude and disrespectful. I will no longer spend any money at this cook out.
Portions have gotten a little smaller but maybe I’m just greedy. Still hits the spot every time.
