If i would give this a zero, I would. Im always getting my order wrong and the cashier are awfully rude. I understand there are bad days but if youre working in a customer service job, learn to maintain your emotions. Safe to say, this is one of the worst cookout locations.

Service was good too. I gave it a 4 because one part of my order was misunderstood, but it wasn’t a big sea and the staff is super nice.
“Cookout sauce” is similar to a honey barbecue. My picky 5 year old liked it with her fries.

Ordered a cookout tray with a burger. I asked for mustard chili slaw and pickles. I received a burger with mustard slaw pickles and ONIONS. Mind you I was charged extra for the chili that I did not receive and on top of that the onions were so big my burger could have hula hooped with them… I also asked for extra ice in my sweet tea and received maybe a handful of ice. I looked at my ticket and my order wasn’t taken incorrectly just made incorrectly. This is the second time in a month my order was incorrect last time I got no pickles. As for a person who doesn’t eat in my vehicle it is very disappointing to dive home to find out my order wasn’t taken incorrectly wrong and I over paid.

On vacation and been to this location 3 times. They have failed to get my order right 3 times. Putting bacon on my burger when I don’t eat pork and I didn’t order bacon on the burger. I didn’t notice until I took a bite. Giving me 2 cheese quesadillas when I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas. Giving me 2 quesadillas with no queso sauce on them. I will say this is the worst location I have been to and don’t recommend going at all. The people at the register always ring up my order right but the workers making it just don’t care enough to get the order right. 0/10 location
