This place is a true gem! The lobster roll was very reasonably priced and delicious. My boyfriend loved the corned beef hash special they had for St.Patrick’s Day. Order the truffle fries, you won’t be disappointed! Friendly staff, beautiful decor, thankful to have this place in our town!

The space is quant but incomplete. You'll notice this when you need to use the restroom, I wouldn't care typically but people are giving this place alot of praise. That being said the service was excellent, the food was not. I got the lobster roll, the breading is overbuttered to the point where you can't fully enjoy the lobster meat. The chips on the side were over salted. My wife got pasta with chicken and the noodles had no soul, tasted straight from the box, while the sauce didn't taste much better than that from a bottle. I expected more.

Had a wonderful meal of assorted appetizers and entrees for family girl's night out. Everything I tasted was delicious. Joy was our waitress, she took such good care of us, thank you for your hospitality and attention! Will definitely visit again next time we come to visit this lovely state!??❤️

Cork goes beyond the cork...wine selection is superb and the best in New Bern. The food and service for lunch and dinner have consistently been exceptional but the Sunday brunch is over-the-top! The wait staff makes eating a delightful experience. It is also wonderful that the menu changes where selections are exciting. There isn't anything I haven't tried on the menus over time and look forward to the next best food venue. The food quality, taste, portions reflect European dining with an added American fusion. I'd say Cork is an upper-level dining experience where the Chef rocks it beyond other restaurants in New Bern. You are missing an overall excellent dining experience if you haven't eaten at Cork!

We came during brunch but would come back again for a dinner meal. My wife enjoyed a Maine lobster roll and I enjoyed a brunch burger with fries.
Heard about the lobster roll and had to stop in for myself. Did not disappoint. You have a choice between Maine style (mayo) and Connecticut style (butter)- scrumptious!Fabulous wine menu. You can’t go wrong with lunch or dinner.Intimate size restaurant -noise level appropriate- I was able to sit at the bar and read a book.

We went to Cork to celebrate our 7th anniversary. We had a reservation and were seated immediately upon our arrival with our table set already for us. We were quickly served drinks and our orders were taken. The food was honestly just incredible. Perfect temperature, flavor, just so so good! We had the polpette, filet and smashed potatoes, and shrimp scampi. Everything was fresh and so tasty! The atmosphere was comfortable but dressy enough to feel like we got a night out! We absolutely will be back, and we’d highly recommend Cork to anyone needing a date night, girls/guys night out, or celebratory dinner!
