Super cool little ice cream shop. Ice cream was delicious. Very neat atmosphere on the inside. My kids loved the train that circled around the roof. They also loved all the giant cow decor inside. The manager came around while we ate our ice cream and asked how it was. Definitely recommend for a cozy neat experience in the heart of downtown New Bern.
We visited this adorable shop again today, and we were delighted even more than we were the first time we came! Twenty-five years ago, we visited the Cow Cafe on our honeymoon! We were as impressed with the food as the ice cream. Cuban cow was TASTY! Potato salad too. We will be back! Really nice and friendly staff.
