Our regular crew in the week is great! Today was horrible! I ordered a large mocha hot coffee extra sugar and the label does not include my request nor was it made to order. I ordered a coffee roll and out of the blue she gave me a apple and spice which I never said. Even in conversation. She was shocked when I asked about the coffee donut and gladly charged me for her error. No apology. Just said she never heard me say it. 10:32 1/20/25
new building i love the layout to this dunkin. Bright white and smiling facing. My coffee was great, Donuts was fresh and the GM Jasmine Hicks is the best. LOVE HER STAFF. she is on top of everything once i come here my coffee is ready it's like the see me before i walk in just perfect rated top ten in New Bern Nc
I am highly disappointed in this location. I work at the EMS department on an ambulance. This morning multiple people at the EMS station placed an online order for breakfast, when arriving at this store location we were informed by the sign on the door that the lobby was closed ( totally understandable #covid ) When seeing the sign, we called the store to let them know we placed an online order and that we are in an ambulance and simply do not fit through their drive thru without...read full review
