I ordered The Mongolian Beef with noodles. The beef was burned. Worst food experience I have had in New Bern ever. I did explain to the young woman who took my order and delivered my foid that the beef was burned and tas5ed horrible but she made no offer to replace it with something else or give me a refund. I will not go back.

Waited 40 mins for a chicken teriyaki Hibachi. The people behind me has already eaten and I was still there standing waiting for my order. She kept giving my order away to new client in line. Worst customer service.
