I placed an order online. When my husband returned with the order we did not receive the 2 cookies we had paid for. No big deal. So I called the store to get a refund on the 2 cookies. They gave the phone to the manager. I am 51 years old and have NEVER been spoken to so rudely in my life!!! I asked for his name and his reply, "I ain't giving you my name what is your name" and then continued to over talk me and accuse me of over talking him.
