Prepare to take the afternoon off to wait for food here. About 8 young people working but they can’t seem to get orders out even when no one is there. Slow as molasses!!!!

I recently stopped at Jersey Mike's for 2 subs on Friday 1 large Turkey and 1 small gluten free cold cut. I told the young man I have Celiac disease and he said he will make sure everything was clean. I noticed he washed his hands and changed his gloves and got a clean knife, after he put the meat on he handed my sub to another co worker to finish it! He didn't change his gloves and put the same condiments that he used for regular subs. I've never had that happen before, needless to say I got very sick for 3 days it was horrible. Usely one person makes the sandwich. Please have your employees be aware of cross contaminations. I love Jersey Mike's and definitely will come back but will pay more attention to the way they prepare things!

I frequent this location often & the customer service I receive from employees such as Daniel & Darri always makes me feel welcome & at home. Employees like them make this establishment warm, friendly & inviting to guest! Always quality food & service

I found a hair in my $18 GIANT sub, asked them to remake it and they replaced it with a regular size sub…. That was supposed to be split between two people.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. From the moment through the door until the food was made and paid for, the experience was super positive. This place smells wonderful, clean, and overall a place I will return for more.
I can't say how nice it is to see the sandwich meat sliced right in front of me and how fresh the food is. The service and girls behind the counter were very kind and happy.

Me and a friend both ordered Big Kahunas but I got mine with extra meat. I had to pay an extra $3.50 for mine and when got our orders they both looked and felt like they weighed exactly the same. What a rip off.

They have the best subs in town. The prices aren’t too bad and the service is fairly quick. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because of the one employee that works there that has a hard time listening and not making my sub the way I ask when I place my order. If I tell you at the beginning I want everything then that’s what I want. This happens every time I come in and she is preparing my order. Besides that I prefer them over subway.

Kind gestures go a long way. The manager Daniel at this location treated me with nothing, but kindness during their crazy rush hour. It made my entire day just being served with a smile and patience when everyone else in the room seemed to be stressed and under pressure. His acts should not go unrecognized, great customer service.
