Jersey Mike's Subs

Me and a friend both ordered Big Kahunas but I got mine with extra meat. I had to pay an extra $3.50 for mine and when got our orders they both looked and felt like they weighed exactly the same. What a rip off.

They have the best subs in town. The prices aren’t too bad and the service is fairly quick. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because of the one employee that works there that has a hard time listening and not making my sub the way I ask when I place my order. If I tell you at the beginning I want everything then that’s what I want. This happens every time I come in and she is preparing my order. Besides that I prefer them over subway.

Kind gestures go a long way. The manager Daniel at this location treated me with nothing, but kindness during their crazy rush hour. It made my entire day just being served with a smile and patience when everyone else in the room seemed to be stressed and under pressure. His acts should not go unrecognized, great customer service.

I ordered door dash to a local hotel. Door dash delivery was perfect. However, I didn't receive what I ordered

First, I am not a person that gives a lot of reviews. This is the only low review I have ever completed. This Jersey Mike's used to be a great location. The food was always prepared with care and you could tell in taste and appearance. Over the past few months it has gone drastically down hill. We were eating there about once a week. I've had three bad visits in a row and we will not be back. The sandwiches and bowls are just thrown together. There isn't any friendly customer service. The person that made our food tonight just stood there and tore everything with her hands, nothing was cut neatly and it was all just plopped in the bowl and sub. There was entirely too much mayo and made it more like soup. No one said anything to the customers as they walked in. Most workers were busy so that was good to see but standards definitely aren't what they used to be. I'm not a fan of the other sub shop in the shopping center but I guess that's where I might have to go.

The only thing better than a Big Kahuna sub from Jersey Mike's, it's getting it free on the rewards app.

On the rare occasion you can actually get your food, it's delicious. But the service is terrible. They're rude, slow, and do not care about their customers at ALL. There have been multiple times I've been at this location and been argued with, ignored, and talked down to. Almost every time my order is wrong. Last time they got it wrong FOUR times. It was the easiest sandwich. Chicken philly with bacon, no veggies, oregano and ranch on side. FOUR times. All bc they refused to give me a refund even after I asked.

I had forgotten how good these subs are. Hadn't been to a Jersey Mike's in a few years. Turkey with bacon, Mike's way. Everything fresh, good bread, awesome tomatoes, So good!! ?

I started to leave one star but my son ate my sub so I reluctantly gave you a second star. I am very disappointed with Jersey Mike's subs and after reading some of the more recent reviews I see I'm not the only one. That's very sad I used to love Jersey Mike's subs so much and tonight mine reminded me like I got one from Subway. My turkey and provolone had hardly any turkey on it, it's usually loaded and I loved it. The sub bread was so hard I couldn't believe it. I don't get it toasted but it felt like it had been over toasted. The price of these subs to be real were out of control before this inflation nightmare so going to "try again" isn't something I'm willing to do. At least not for a long while. My sub was picked up and delivered to me so my sub is all I can review. Jersey Mike's - DO BETTER!

First time I have ever been disappointed at Jersey Mikes. My club supreme had no bacon and the smallest amount of pepper relish possible. Hope it is better next time
