The grey haired man who works the window normally mid shift at the first window is one of the nicest employees yet I’ve met at Mcdonalds. So polite and positive, he always has something nice to say. Food is always hot and the drive thru goes by fast I have no complaints!
EDIT: 2024 This McDonald's has improved from a 1 star to 3 stars. Seems like 50% of the time the fries are hot as well as most of the items on the menu. The chicken nuggets are still a hit or miss. About 40% of the time they are hard from sitting too long. Only 10% of the time are the 4 piece nuggets hot and fresh when ordered with the $5 meal. The Fish sandwich and the 1/4 pounders are the most consistent as far as being fresh. The staff seems to be replaced often because...
We went there twice. The first time we were there they got our order wrong (we asked for two meals and a separate sandwich) when we informed the young woman that our order was wrong she asked to see our receipt and said that we ordered two sandwiches and a meal. We admittedly got ride with her and I went in to speak to a manager. The manager made me wait about 5 minutes (which it wasn't long but felt like a long time when you're hungry lol).
