Came to New Bern for the weekend as a family with my husband, teenager and mother. We’d read reviews and picked Morgan’s for dinner. It was amazing. We had good service (thank you, Mika), the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the wait was less than we anticipated. My salmon dinner was so good- still thinking about it. 😂 My son said one of his favorite trip memories was his hamburger and the fact that the bun wasn’t soggy. Took a day trip to Aurora Fossil Museum and headed over to New Born. My family and I ate at Morgan’s and I would recommend it to anyone! They have delicious bread, but it came with honey on it. Our server asked us if our littlest was too young for honey and then brought him his own piece without honey. Waitress was attentive and helpful. The food was delicious. Everyone on the staff was nice. The bathrooms were nice, they even have a doggy menu!
The management and staff of this establishment have exhibited a lack of respect towards their community. Defacing the storefront of another business with garbage and human excrement is deplorable, and mistakenly targeting the wrong business is inexcusable. Such behavior is shamefully unacceptable and reflects poorly on those providing service.
