First time ordering in a long time and never again. I ordered a chicken soup I love and got a tomato soup with Mac and cheese and paid more for the bowl. Really disappointed. Yeah was during lunch time but dang. Tomato soup is kinda bland

I'm disappointed because they've changed the portion sizes of their menu. I always get the Chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich and they have shrunk the size of the sandwich by like 50% and are selling it for the same price. Thankfully I can still go to the Panera bread in Morehead which is still selling the original size sandwich.

Music doesn't mesh with the clientele....seriously.
Booths and walls are in need of cleaning....especially next to seat cushions.
It's extremely annoying to place a rapid to go item and then have to wait in line to speak to a cashier to get it when there is a place already assigned for pick up. If I wanted to wait, I would have waited to order.
Best thing is the atmosphere. I ordered two hot breakfast sandwiches for me and my mom and both were not hot I had to reheat my own sandwiches .

That was until two weeks ago again today when I bought the Bakers Dozen and saw that they were just over half the size and almost no Cinnamon Crunch - the best part. I could not believe it. You have taken most likely your best seller and ruined it.

Ordered hot crème brûlée latte, got iced latte. Didn’t taste any coffee in it. Ordered hot Madagascar vanilla latte and it wasn’t the same as I ordered before. Very disappointed.
