I consistently get a lot of food from here and it's consistently wrong. No tomato. How difficult is that? Seriously. It prints the instructions on the ticket. Don't bother paying for extra of something because you'll never get it.

I went today around 7 pm and I accidentally ordered a hot chai instead of an iced and miss madison saw my disappointment in my mistake and immediately said she would go ahead and make an iced one for me. She was so sweet and is every time I go!

Im from out of town and I was treated so kindly. Needed to make changes to my order and the whole staff even manager jumped in and assisted. I am perfectly satisfied. Satisfied with my food and the warm southern kindness I was shown. This is my preferred location when im in town. Thank you team.

I love Panera! Always! But the particular location I went yesterday was having a bad day. Wrong sandwich, forgot my chips, I ordered a drink and they didn’t give me a cup. But….. the sandwich I got was delicious

Seems like quality has declined on my last two visits. Figured I offer some grace as sometimes we have off days. Today, I came in and placed an order for a pick 2. I was very adamant about them not serving me wilted lettuce or any greens for the matter. As this was my experience last visit. Asked for additional dressing, didn’t mind if I was charged for it. I get back to my office and was completely unsatisfied. They skimmed me on the dressing and the soup was just broth. No consideration as to how the customer might feel while they try to cut corners. Not cool at all.

I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup from door dash tonight. My expectations weren’t very high. I like my cheese all melted and the soup steaming hot. Well to my surprise that’s just how it arrived and was delicious.
They nearly never get my order right. MULTIPLE chances. I'm very clear about getting the chicken in anything I add it to warmed. I don't like cold chicken. It's weird to me. I'm VERY clear. I'd gotten to the point of making SURE they hear me when it comes to having it warm. They almost never do. I'm done here. If you want their food as it comes, you're probably fine, but any special requests? Even if you PAY FOR THEM? Fking forget it.
It wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't literally PAYING FOR IT!

The service has gone downhill for certain customers. Twice I have ordered food, and TWICE this location has botched the orders. Everyone can make a mistake, but to rudely over talk a wronged customer, is abominable behavior. To spend this amount of funds, and not be able to get the meal replaced, get yelled at by a substandard cashier, is a SAD situation - no apology, no refund and disheartened by a once favored eatery. But then again, it's not about courteous workers, it's about their personal political affiliations, and customers are treated based on the cashier's personal perceptions. This Panera Bread has lost a customer that generally spent $50 - 150.00 per visit.

So this location doesn't have any different menu than all the other locations....BUT with that being said this location does have very polite staff, very clean tables/ chairs and booths. The bathrooms are always clean and we come here pretty regularly. We have never been let down by them and would have to highly recommend you coming to this location!

Toasted frontera chicken Was awful . Chicken was crumbly and cheese was in big globs and ask for extra onion couldn’t taste onion . Tomatoes so many that’s all you could taste. Horrible. Had this in Raleigh it was amazing. My first time at this PaneraNew Bern Never again. Feb-22 -25 approx 3pm maybe you can figure who was working.

Lady working drive through today was very nice. The bacon rancher ciabatta sandwich was spectacular. Broccoli and cheese soup and Mac and cheese was also very good. They have a brownie that has a very good fudge flavor. The limited time heart cookies have a very light lemon flavor and were delicious!
