Great NY style pizza, perfect crust, generous toppings. Good veggie and meatball subs. Wish they were a bit more generous with their sauce on the subs and spaghetti, though (good homemade marinara). It is their dough - pizza crust and subs - and the friendliness of the staff that make this small, local restaurant stand out and keeps me coming back.
Born and raised in NJ. We have lived in NC for 7 years. We have searched high and low for a good pizza place that could taste a little like home. This place has the best pizza compared to home. We also catered there party platters for food. Huge trays of delicious food for a great price to feed a crowd. I would give it a 10 star if I could. Definitely will be back and always recommend to family and friends.
We were driving through New Bern a whole year ago and I saw this place advertised online as having the best homemade mozzarella sticks. Unfortunately we were already on our way out of the city and detouring back would have cost us more time than we had available. They were 100% worth the wait though!!!
