I ordered DoorDash boneless wings. They were tossed poorly. They failed to send ranch stating that they were out ranch. They sent no substitute. They sent 8 wings instead of 12. I called and informed them of it. They sounded like they couldn’t care less. Service and food was trash.
The shift manager and crew treated me horribly when I was being friendly. I had a Door Dash order for a Grand Total of 2.50 cents. The lobby was closed “due to AC issues” and I asked for the order at the window…(the drive thru line exceeded 25-30 minutes). They refused to help me out. To put it bluntly they suck and don’t care about anyone else trying to do their job. Leave the lobby open for door dash orders at least for crying out loud.
i received a burnt sandwich and no tenders. tried to call and no one picked up
just gonna dispute the charge since i didn't get my food.
