Tried New Bern Popeyes 3 times.They failed all 3.Terrible service ,dry burned chicken ,good biscuit.Last time ordered 4 piece they gave me small deformed dry pieces . I guess so it would fit in the box.I really wanted it to work but I can honestly say Popeyes in New Bern is terrible and it's not just once.My dogs love it.

Pretty much what others have already said. The staff are some of the worst humans I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. If you want to eat at an establishment that will treat you with even the slightest bit of civility go elsewhere.

Drive thru. Received wrong order. I asked at the window if it was what I ordered n was told it was. Went home. Wasn't my order, but close enough. First bite was into raw, drippy shrimp. Only the outside was cooked. Chicken strips same, but not drippy. I threw it out n my dog pulled it out...and only ate the fries n biscuit. First and last visit.

The service was terrible first we waited 30 minutes for food which was so pale looking it was so dry and the frys were soggy I called to tell them what happen and a lady who picked up hung up after only me saying hello we go back to popeyes to return the food or for it to be remade it and the gentleman at the window was very rude and was looking for an argument but after us talking he remade are food we asked for mild he closes the window we hear laughing and the food they gave us was spicy and we can't even get a refund yall need to fix the issues with customer service cause honestly this made me never want to go to a popeyes ever again after years of eating with yall

I order the blackened chicken tenders with blackened ranch and it seems to be pretty consistent. The service is subpar, the staff is fairly friendly but the management is definitely there for the bottom dollar and not for the customer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The employees attitudes are absolutely horrible. Sitting on counters, taking boxes of cooked chicken home and can’t fill customers orders. This restaurant Closes early almost everyday and denying orders while being open. Management needs to get better in order for The employees to be better. I will NEVER return.

first off let me say this... they don't even acknowledge you to see if your ready to order they will just stare at you until you say something . second when i placed my order and i got the sweet and sour wings. i don't know what the hell that was but it definitely didn't give sweet and sour wings also it seems like everyone had an attitude. the lady at front counter was ignoring the manger as she was speaking to her trying to get her attention. one person didn't even have their uniform on. oh and that's not even the bad part bruh i ordered a 2 piece dark with beans and rice and they gave me a 2 piece with mash potatoes and on top of that nothing was fresh. mane idk but this store need to get it together.
