I had a nice experience.

The fuel pumps are very new and clean.

All the staff inside is really polite and attentive. I tried the chicken sliders, and they were surprisingly good.

6 am I had to pay cash and a old white lady get mad because she had to open a cashier at that time and made me a terrible faces please be kind with people

We stopped at the one in Kinston, NC and was completely smitten! I love this store it's the next best store to Bucc-ees! I love fried chicken and potato wedges! It reminds of a gas station I went to as a kid. Come to Morehead city!!

I took my mother out to eat her and it seemed okay at first 37 dollars for a 5 peice tender no drink and 2 mash potato's and a 3 peice meal no drink potato wedges falls apart when you pick it up tenders have no taste whatsoever biscuits are dry as hell and the potato's are dry and nasty and the gravy is a crime I swear. The service was alright lady ignored me when I asked her multiple times if she called my order I will not be eating here again.

Chicken was very tiny. I needed a magnifying glass to find the chicken under the potatoes. Absolutely no taste at all. Potatoes tasted even worse. The waffles was only pressed on one side. Total waste of money!!

I ordered DoorDash and only received my two wings with my 3 piece white meal, no breast at all. Left DoorDash a bad review as well. This was my first time and last, the chicken was good but I was looking forward to only the breast between me and my boyfriend.

Staff is just rude when the self checkout isn’t working. Especially when there is nobody able to check you out.

Just had issues with free tire air machine, while outside, I called the store. Don, Manager, answered the phone immediately, asked “Are you still out there? I’ll be right there.” Surprisingly he came out within 1 min, introduced himself, instructed how to flip nozzle on tire stem, testing the machine. He trouble shot the issue and reassured me he be placing a work order to fix the machine. I would give him 10 stars! In comparison, Harris Teeter across street from Royal, machine works 1/2 the time and is charging for air now from customers (use to be free) who likely like myself just fueled up, spent $70 in gas , but now you want me to pay for AIR. I will be switching my fuel business and airing my tires free at Royal Farms, across the hwy and still on my way home. It’s the principle of the matter that counts. Good job Royal Farms for hiring an excellent employee, Don!

Very clean store. Mr. Don was very friendly and allowed me to choose my chicken. He even asked me how my day was going and that was appreciated by me. I received EXCELLENT Customer Service from Mr. Don.

A lot to be said from management, with management feedback on bad reviews. Can see why some have " less than stellar experiences". My first visit at the new store, no one bothered to ask if I needed any help. Finally ask an employee to educate on store procedure

Keep this in mind I NEVER leave reviews but I have never had such a bad experience at a gas station before. My husband went inside to get gas and a few bottles of water and got in line to be checked out(paying cash) and the worker there was so rude. The worker told my husband I can't help you with that and wouldn't even look up. This has been multiple times. Nobody is friendly and there is never anybody to help if you need help. I would not recommend this gas station to anybody. You won't be getting my business here.

I went there @2:00. The white meat chicken was dry. The mashed potatoes were tasteless and the gravy was like a hot gel. The biscuits were tuff. I honestly found nothing edible. I chopped up the chicken and mixed it up in my dogs food and then I felt guilty for giving them such awful food.

Soooo goood!!

Jesus just let me get gas without having to go through half a dozen prompts for car washes and other unnecessary garbage! Never fully staffed.
