After having a roach in my sandwich in 2022, and the manager Max blamed it on possibly riding with my windows down and then said bugs get in the lettuce all the time no big deal. I decided to take a shot at my luck and 3years later go back. I order in the drive thru, get to the window swipe my card and he tell me that it didn’t go through is my card locked. Went to Schlotzsky’s today may 14th and they said they were open till 7 pm however when we got there at 5:55 they were closed. This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks that they closed earlier then the stated time. Also when I spoke with the crew member about the closing the answer I received was “well can you do”. So the answer to that is that we will never eat there again and will make sure we tell everyone we know not to eat there as well.
