We went in to eat around 8pm on New Year's Eve. Only had three tables to eat at and any other order that came in was only able to get to go orders. 4 employees working and manager was basically hiding in the back. Said they were short handed so they closed off the rest of the seating. Waiter only took orders and the cooks brought the food to the tables. Food was good but very poor management. It’s a Waffle House. Quick service, fantastic basics, cheap, anytime. Top those crispy hash browns up! What more could you want? This is a pretty clean location and the staff may be busy but they’re always nice. ♥️

I am usually very happy with waffle, houses, service and food. This trip, I was not. The eggs were not cooked.The waitress never came over and asked if we wanted more coffee. The only time we saw her was for her to take her order and for her to drop off the bill. I could understood if it would have been busy but it wasn't.
