It was my 40+ year.friend who had gome through a couple of tough yesrs between her health and personal losses. Plus her 70th Birthday with most of us back in MD & VA. I really like Applebee's, and the food is usually very good here, as is the service. So, I gave a 4-star review.However, pickup leaves a lot to be desired. The two times I ordered pickup have been terrible. The first time, I waited for a long time for my food, but it was still hot.The second time I arrived when my order said it would be ready and went inside to pickup. Went for a family celebration. They were very accommodating for our special needs (accessibility). Food was good and served hot.Wheelchair accessibility: Dining area has sloping floors to allow one to move to an area normally primarily accessible by a few steps. Marked parking near the door for those with a parking placard.
