“I really like Applebee's, and the food is usually very good here, as is the service. So, I gave a 4-star review.However, pickup leaves a lot to be desired. The two times I ordered pickup have been terrible. The first time, I waited for a long time for my food, but it was still hot.The second time I arrived when my order said it would be ready and went inside to pickup. The lady doing pickup orders was busy, and there were several people there. It took 25 minutes after my pickup time to get my food.I thought maybe the kitchen was backed up. But when I got home my food was cold. I only live 5 minutes away. So it must have sat in the back until it was bagged. I expect my fries won't be hot, but my burger was cold, and my cheese bites were cold, soggy, and rubbery.I would visit here again, but I won't be doing curbside to go anymore.Vegetarian options: The Impossible burger is really good.“
“The overstuffed pulled pork sandwich was better than I expected, as were the french fries and cole slaw. The food was fresh and well-prepared. The portion of the cole slaw was a little small but it was a good complement to the BBQ, which was sweet style on the day I was there.“
“My husband and I had lunch here today. The food was good, not great but nothing to really complain about though. The place is always too loud for my liking but I understand it’s a sports bar. The server though!!! Our server was a guy named Braylon and he was the absolute best. You don’t see a lot of good servers these day so his attentiveness, attitude, and knowledge was refreshing. I myself have worked in the food management industry for years and I would have gave him a job on the spot. Give the guy a raise! We tipped him well, and left happy diners. Thank you Braylon!“
