Showed up and they are not open even though they didn’t post that they are closed nor changed their hours. Disappointed was looking forward to giving them a try
They are extremely disorganized, my family and I ordered drinks and after nearly 30 minutes we still had not received the drinks. Five families arrived after us and they even began to get their food orders. We returned our menus to the front desk and nobody from the staff approached us to ask if everything was ok. We were extremely disappointed with the service and will not be going again.
It has been a year since we last ate here. We refused to eat at a restaurant where they charge you 50 cents for a tiny side of salsa. That is poor customer service. We decided to try them again, and again was extra charged for items and a lack of willingness to compensate for a server’s error in taking the order! Tiffany charged $3 for toast on my wife’s order, even after we said that my wife would instead just eat the toast which came with my order as I wanted a waffle....read full review
