Just was checking their website to see if they still made 6foot long subs, couldn't find any info, on websites or apps, needed to place a large order but was unsuccessful, maybe next time!That's all I have to say, can't comment on something that didn't happen!

Here for a visit, so it’s my first and last time at this Subway. It is within a Walmart. Usually, Subways are at the front, but this one is waaaay back in the dairy section. So if you’re looking to grab something real quick, this is not the place. Besides that, there was only one elderly lady working. I’m sorry for her, but she was really slow! It is beyond my understanding why you would have someone so slow working there during lunch time. There was only one woman with 3 children (already done building their sandwiches, about to bag up and checkout) and one other woman in front of me. It still took 20 minutes until it was my turn. At this point, there were already 3-4 people waiting in line behind me. When I placed my order, they were almost out of everything. No italian & herbs bread, no tomatoes, no mayonnaise, no chips, etc. So I ended up with a plain white bread with lettuce, cucumbers and a ton of red onions. She also misunderstood me and put on the jalapeño something dressing instead of ranch… so not only was the sandwich dissatisfying, but also did I had to pay full price for my veggie delight. Ridiculous!

My mom and I went to subway and we ordered some dinner and everything went okay with her sandwich but when I ordered and I wanted toppings the worker had her hair all over my sub

Food was very soggy. Management clearly does care how the food is prepared. One worker showed us how badly molded the food was and proceeded to tell us that management said cut around it. I wonder why y’all can’t keep worker. Please be careful they’ll serve you anything and as far as the manager goes she doesn’t dress appropriately found hair in the food overall the store should be closed and inspect for health risk

The woman working(ebony) was very nice. She cared about how our meat looked and how our vegetables looked. She had great customer service overall!

ebony was the lady taking our order and she was very nice she asked our preference on multiple things and was overall amazing if she’s working you better believe i’m coming to eat!!

So… my family was in town for the MS BIKE Ride…. I called the store to order and was told that I had to order online for catering.. I ordered $170.00 worth of subs… pick up time they gave me was 12 noon .. I called ahead spoke to a pleasant Ms.Ebony.. she advised me that I could indeed pick up my order early since … when I get there Ms.Ebony wanted to clarify why my fourth sub had on it.. once the confused was cleared up we realized the folks who were there to approve/accept the order wrote to her I had 4 subs with the last sub being half veggie.. however, my order was for 4 platters the 4th platter being half veggie (each platter was to consist of 5 ft long subs).. The ONLY reason they rated a 5 was because Ms.Ebony then turned her entire focus to us and got the order done. Now let’s talk about bread.. they was two full pans of bread already prepared .. the bread was either no proofed enough Ms definitely not baked correctly so with the upmost integrity she did not make our subs with that bread and had to instead proof and bake more therefore there was a lot of customers who were not served.. she nicely explained that if they wanted to shop and come back she would gladly serve them.. Ms.Ebony made our order as right as she could with what she had to work with.. this would be TOTALLY unacceptable if I was the manager.. though Ms.Ebony was stressed, had to clean, restock and bake bread she still have great customer service… that’s the only reason I didn’t request a refund and go to Firehouse .. I applaud her and if she is not your manager she should be because any manager that lead by example would have had folks to scared to leave the next shift in that condition.. Ms Ebony … it subway doesn’t know what a jewel they have in you find a place that does!!!

I couldn't even eat my sub because they gave me stale bread. Six dollars for half a sub just to not be able to eat it.

Very impressed with our service at the subway today! I wish I could remember his name but the young man that helped us had a wonderful attitude, and our food was great too!

“Be back in 5-10mins” “Ring bell for service I’m doing prep in back” … sat and waited after ringing bell about 3 times 5 minutes apart. Had people behind us also wanting service … after shopping and coming back to no service again we left and went to Jersey Mikes !

Went in tonight with my husband and the guy that was there had the nastiest attitude ever. He looked at me and my husband like he was disgusted. Throwing our food around, burnt the bread on one of our subs and laughed when my husband asked was the bread suppose to look like that. I’ve never in my life experienced that type of service before and will not be eating from here again.
