Delicious food and great service! Beef drunken noodles level 3 heat was just what I needed to change from the usual food in the area. My wife also really enjoyed the pad Thai shrimp level 3 heat. Best authentic Thai food we've found in New Bern!

Thai Angel has the best Thai food I’ve ever had. I love the cashew with chicken. Their sauces are light and do not overpower the dish. Everything always tastes fresh and is cooked perfectly.

The tom yum soup was below average and didn't have the typical rich texture and red curry. The broth was almost clear and mushrooms seemed like they weren't sauteed or cooked otherwise. The entree plate was average in quality and only had five medium size shrimp. I wasn't impressed by the food at all. The service was fairly quick though. The dining area is small.

Great Thai! The menu lacks a full Thai cuisine, squid, mussels, yum tai lay... noticeably absent. But what is on the menu is done well! 👍 Cafe style, simple, and delicious. Strong recommendation.

I love this place! The servers are really sweet and perky and they greet me like one of their friends. :) The food is a little expensive, but the portions are generous and it is high quality. (the red curry is soooo delicious in chicken and tofu)

We stopped in New Bern recently on our way down to the Crystal Coast in April. Yelp indicated opening at 3 but posted hours on door said 4. Owner saw us heartbroken on the sidewalk & unlocked/opened door & asked if we'd like to eat. Absolutely! We were blown away by the Owner's generous hospitality & thrilled not to have to find another lunch/dinner option. My Husband enjoyed a delicious Pineapple Cider with his meal. We started with the Thai Angel Appetizer (a delicious sampler of Thai favorites) followed by Chicken Pad Thai (Level 2). I should have taken pics but we were starving! The Chicken Pad Thai was by far the best that l've personally ever eaten. It has ruined me for all others going forward. I can't wait to have it again! Restaurant is bright & beautiful. Thai Angel proudly displays their 100 Health Rating as they rightly should. A must do anytime one is in or near New Bern. Thai Angel does not disappoint!

We had the chicken panang and spring rolls. Both were fantastic got a 4 on the heat level. I love the way they package food to go so no spillage . Highly recommend

What an amazing spot for delicious food! We tried the crispy rolls, shrimp Angel and the dumplings. All really yummy! They were sadly out of chicken satay which is one of their best sellers.

Had the green curry and general chicken in the entree’s and both were fantastic!!

Will highly recommend to anyone looking for great food, amazing service and lovely ambiance.

Love Thai Angel. The owners are always so nice and the food is delicious. I no longer live in New Bern so I really miss this restaurant. I miss eating their yummy pad Thai, pad se-ew, parang curry and I dream with the crispy duck. So delicious!!! Honestly everything is really good and would recommend to everyone.

Food was great. We had take out on our first nights visit to New Bern area. As it was kate and the restaurant was getting close to closing time we wanted leave the staffvto do their thing and not worry about us. This really is the only reason I did not rate higher on atmosphere. If we stayed fir dinner (we had our dog with us though) I would able to comment better on that.

Okay, not sure if it was the entrees we ordered or what compared to other reviews. We had stir fried veggies with garlic sauce and Kapow fried rice with chicken. Both were mediocre at best. We are Thai food fans. This was such a disappointment. The restaurant is clean and the staff were friendly. However, the food was lacking.

Was looking for a place to eat online and came across Thai Angels Facebook page. The menu looked like it might be good but then I saw a pride flag. I refuse to patronize any establishment that promotes degeneracy. Take that back to your country.
