Staff at the customer service counter is fantastic. I didn't catch all of their names, but Alan (shift lead I think?) was great. I was almost scammed today and three employees took time out of their day to help prevent me getting scammed and stood up for me and made sure I was okay after. 💛

I placed a 6 foot sub order as well as 2 sub trays and a cake order over 2 weeks in advance. Came to pick up the order an hour after pick up time none of the subs or platters were made nor even started. They forgot. They tried to say it would only take 5 minutes. It took 90 minutes I was late to the party I was hosting with the food!! Had to argue with the manager just to get a discount. Then upon getting home the sliders were made different then ordered I have called spoke with the manager still waiting a call back!! @highlight

I started shopping at Walmart because I found their organic selection of foods comparable to many of the more expensive stores. Not anymore. I was there a week ago and they have now even discontinued a basic organic canned bean. I left with nothing and went to Aldi's.

It would incredibly helpful if the self checkouts accepted cash so someone doesn't have to wait in a 20 person line to get to an actual cashier that can take cash. ugh.

The worst! Had a photo order. Went to pick up order and three ladies were behind the counter. One checking out a customer the other two standing there. A male Walmart employee walks by the cashier ask him (who had his hands full) to help me. He doesn’t acknowledge her. I’m still standing there. She ask again what I needed. Directs me to follow him to the old layaway counter where I had to help him put together the photo book I came to pick up!! Two girls still standing behind counter!! Sad Sad this is the customer service we have to PAY for.

They really know how to put the ‘service’ in disservice! Half the self checkout lanes are usually closed. Only one or two manned checkout lanes will be open (if you’re lucky). The staff will ignore you at best, but usually will actively work to make sure you have a miserable experience and management is perfecting their world class hide and seek skills as they tend to completely disappear when the store is open. Do yourself a favor, just buy your crap on Amazon.

When I patron Walmart, the only person that brightens my day is Isaiah!!! He has the brightest smile and the warmest hugs! I wish all associates had his positive and friendly personality.

Just left the Walmart bakery and it was horrible! I stood in the bakery for 10 minutes. nobody came to help. went to customer service and asked if the deli Associates could take a bakery order they said yes . went back to the deli they told me that nobody in the deli knew how to take the order and that the bakery associate will be back in 15 minutes. I come back in 15 minutes this time there was three extra Associates over there standing around. I waited in the bakery for 10 more minutes finally somebody came over to take my order and then I was told that I was too late to put in a cake order for tomorrow!

This Walmart is HONESTLY an embarrassment to me!!! The lack of customer care here is UNACCEPTABLE !I LITERALLY stood waiting for the young girl to help her customer, for 30 minutes!!!! Walked by to electronics to get the girl to help me! She roledher eyes, walk BACK TO THE GIRL INESEWING DEPT and told her to go my things FROM THE BACKWHEN SHE WAS DONE! Then she walked back to electronics and stood there!!!! Doing NOTHING!!!! I waited 15 more minutes to have another lady OF CO

I had too many items to be comfortable at a self register. I stood in line for 10 minutes in one of the three staffed registers after 10 minutes, the cashier informs the 2nd lady in line that she would be her last customer. I was #3 and had to move to the end of another line. Another 15 minutes before I made it to the register .

I visited the photo center today. Service was good but the photos were such poor quality. It’s 2021. I shouldn’t have to have pixelated 1 hour photo prints. I used a usb with full frame images. I’m appalled at the low quality prints. Figure it out Walmart.

need to open more cash registers with actual cashier's! and not have so many self check outs. it took 45 minutes for me to check out. half my cold stuff was thawed out.
