I LOVE going here every chance I get when I go to New Bern. The employees provide excellent customer service, the food is always on point, and the crew's vibe is awesome on every visit I've had (day and night shift). Don't change anything highly recommended.Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere

Service is always friendly. However a trash can is necessary for people to throw their trash away. And the drink machine hasn't worked for over a month. Company needs to do something about that. Leaking water from ice machine , and drinks taste completely off..

Food was decent. The service was absolutely terrible. From the minute we walked in. This was first time going … So I needed to take a few minutes to look at the menu, employee helping us was not having it and was super irritated. The entire time while waiting for our food and while eating it you could hear the employees yelling at each other. Even if they were joking around it sounded bad. Lastly, a costumer called to order, the young lady who answered the phone (same the helped me) was rude on the phone to them as well. She hung up and immediately started making fun of the costumer on the phone. Do to poor service I’m not sure it’d be worth going back.

I call 5 times at 10:30 an had to drive over for them to tell me they where close if u would've picked up the damn phone when I call I could have gotten my food instead you let the the phone ring for 6 minutes everytime

Got the garlic parmesan chicken sandwich and this is probably the best thing on the menu! The fries are HORRIBLE AND THE CHICKEN WINGS ! Also ordering online aint worth it because your still going to wait another 10-15 minutes i placed my order at 7:37pm didn’t get my order until 8:20 ish

Excellent service. Fantastic wings, Hawaiian, Garlic Parmesan boneless were A++. Wife loved fries and homemade ranch. Highly recommend.
