Food is decent if they take your order correctly and it doesn't take 3 times to get it right.
The Wingstop Hiram location is absolutely terrible every single time we order. They’re either leaving off ranch that I paid extra for or our food tonight they left off an entire meal of 10 wings and when I called the store they told me to come up there and get it after I paid $20 for delivery, which was the point so that I could not get out tonight

Wingstop in New Bern offers excellent customer service and great food. The crew strives to create an awesome atmosphere, making every visit enjoyable. The service was amazing and excellent, and the wings were ready, delicious, and perfect. The team did an amazing job with the order. Customers liked the seasoning and overall taste of the chicken wings, and the wings were nice and crispy overall. However, some boneless tenders were very disappointing and barely the size of a small chicken nugget. The food can be over seasoned and so salty. This restaurant remains highly recommended for a kid-friendly and pleasant dining experience, despite the mixed feedback.
