This place is a real gem! When my family was driving through the area, this was the only restaurant that was even open. We sure are glad that it was. They have a nice, smallish menu with good variety and a little bit for everybody. They've got a great selection of homemade BBQ sauces. The restaurant is very clean, and it has a great atmosphere. Food was great! Had fresh smoked BBQ, awesome smoked mac and cheese, and wings. He is working towards making his own ciders, so look forward to going back and trying it! I had a different local cider that was also great. If you like BBQ I recommend.

my family and i stopped in here for lunch and it was an incredibly pleasant surprise. the staff was great and the pulled pork was amazing, and they had a really cool selection of local BBQ sauces. the owner was very kind- gave us lots of recommendations what to do as we were on our way to Asheville, talked football with me for a little while too. when we do this drive again, we’re definitely making another stop
