“Everything was wonderful except for this rude customer. She was mad at the employees because they were slammed in drive thru and they were answering her questions. They she left. The manager was telling her crew to stock up when the same lady came back the gentleman yelled front counter. The manager walked up to take the order when she just started yelling at the manager because she wasn't already at the register.
