I remember the first time I came to your bakery with some of my friends we had my dog and I stood outside while they went to get our treats and I remember someone from your staff coming and being so sweet and letting me know you sold dog treats there too! That was so sweet and I loved the extra care in making sure everyone got a treat. The desserts are absolutely beautiful and amazing. I have seen some really beautiful custom cakes that they have made for customers. I would recommend Carpe Crustum Bakery for any of your sweet treat needs.

Great music! Fantastic desserts! Friendly service. I felt so at peace sitting and working on my laptop. The sweet smell of desserts it lovely. They also have ice cream. Great coffee, too. I had the best Key Lime pie and a Caramel Cheesecake bite. There are lots of tables and a couch. The bathroom was clean. Homemade sourdough bread and special coffees in bags for sell.

Carpe Crustum Bakery made my wedding cake for my wedding on May 28th, 2025 and it was absolutely STUNNING!! Not only was it beautiful looking, but it was a gluten free cake that was delicious!! The guests couldn’t even tell it was gluten free. They made my wedding cake exactly how I wanted it! There prices are ridiculously affordable, and the people are sooo nice!! I highly recommend if you are in the area you stop here!

Such a sweet rustic bakery, my husband and I went today and couldn't decide on one thing each, we had several items, their brownies are great and rich, the strawberry crunch cake...to die for! The orange dream cupcake taste like your childhood. The cheesecake bites and key lime pie were good as well. A must try, we sat outside and watched sweet downtown Newton.
