ALWAYS check your order before driving away. My shrimp was way overcooked. I called to speak with the manager and asked for a voucher to get the same plate at no cost upon my next visit. She told me she could not give me a voucher for next vist, but if I would bring the plate back, she would cook a new order for me. It was not convenient for me to drive back to Newton. Their food is usually good, but their customer service needs much improvement.

I've been buying the chicken tenders family meal for months and the cut the tenders down to half of what is used to be but it was a barely enough for 2 people so I don't think I'll do my business with them anymore yesterday to be good but the last 3 time it's be half of what I was used to be getting??
