We booked Novel for a private party. Upon arrival, we found out they had double booked the space. The owner would not handle this issue and chose to make the bartenders deal with it. They were very nice and apologetic. HOWEVER, the owner is a complete jerk. Rather than apologizing or offering literally ANYTHING for their mixup, he just said it was “unfortunate”.
