This place is a hidden gem. Their supreme pizza was surprisingly mouthwatering and the best I've had not just in West Jefferson and Ashe county, but also in Charlotte. We got there early (2:30, they open at 3:00) and they opened up just for us to make our pizza. This will definitely become our new takeout spot to and from our cabin.
Absolutely phenomenal food and great service!!! I ordered a specialty sub and they made it to perfection! We are new to the area (Purlear) and I didn't know about the famous salads... whoa buddy!!!!

Roselli's is incredible! The food is delicious the atmosphere is awesome and the employees are great. We drive over an hour at least once a week to eat here and will for now on. Hands down the best Italian restaurant around!!
