Great service and order was correct at this location. I used the drive through. Employees were polite. They asked if I need salad dressing for the salad. I appreciate that because the Chick-fil-A across the street sure didn't ask! I visited both because my Sister's husband just passed away and I tried to buy everything I could think of to get her to eat. After wasting money and time to get that mess at the other place, she ended up opting to eat her Zaxby's salad. Thank you Zaxby's....read full review
The drive thru order taker asked us if we could wait a few mins. (Okay by me) then she asked us to wait even more without explaining why. Overall it was a 10 min wait at the drive thru ordering box. Our chicken strips were fresh, our crinkle fries were cold and hard, coleslaw was good and our toast was cold and hard.

I give them 5 stars for what they are a fast food restaurant. Food always seems fresh, chicken is tasty and cooked properly, fries are OK but there is better out there. Service is always friendly and quick.
