“We had to stop in a few times during our visit. I first tried the Snickers latte which was good and inspired me to try a hand at making a butterfinger version. The ladies there where really nice and helped explore the idea.

We mixed dark chocolate, peanut, and toffee flavors. This worked out pretty well. Next time I might try 1 part dark chocolate, 2 parts peanut, and 2 parts tofee to get more of the center of a butterfinger taste. Look forward to trying next year!“

“Went to The Scoop Sunday morning and ordered a bacon, egg & cheese sandwich just as I have numerous times through the years. I was told that they no longer served it on toast, so I would have to choose a bagel. I asked why I couldn't get it on toast and I was told... "They were selling to many of them on toast, and not enough on bagels, so they quit offering it on toast. That way they would have enough bread to make a kids' grilled cheese". I am still shaking my head!!“

“Went to Bagel Dock Express this morning. I had picked up bagels when we first arrived a few weeks ago at the Calabash bagel shop and was so disappointed. they were the “wonder bread “ of bagels. Soft and NOTHING like a NY bagel that I was raised on. took a drive this morning to North Myrtle and was so pleased with my purchases. Great chewy bagels and the smell even in the parking lot was amazing. Also bought some flavored ream cheese. So many great choices. Picked up a pretzel and a loaf of the best Asiago bread. Will definitely return for more before we leave.“
