I have been coming to this location for several years. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are pleased with the food or drink. Currnetly, I live closer to two other locations but prefer Oak Ridge.
Our local Oak Ridge Starbucks is always pleasant to visit.
I ordered a vanilla latte which is almost $9. When I went to pick it up I could tell it was very very light. It was only about half full. I would understand if this was a cappuccino but it was a vanilla latte which I have ordered sorry to say thousands of times. We did ask for it to be corrected and they did but I think when you're ordering a $9 drink it should be correct the first time.
